Kia Sorento Door Problem
My interior lights randomly come on and the dash lights will go out while I am driving sometimes it happens at the same time other times it is one or the other. Do you know what the problem is and is it costly to repair.

Check if any of the doors are out of alignment. One could be slightly loose resulting in the door switch getting inot contact and turning the interior lights on.
Sit inside vehccl and close all doors. Push lightly at each door panel at location nearest to the door switch and if the interior light flashes, that is the door you need to be checking for proper alignment/adjustment. It could be a worn door switch cover.
