Camshaft and balance shaft timing marks

On a kia optima 2.4l is it possible to have your vals out of time even if your cam marks are lind up

If the cam timing is correct the valve timing is correct.

I have put a new timing belt on my kia optima I lined all marks up titen the belt hand truned crank two full truns but the oil pump sporket takes three truns for it to line up with all the other markes

As long as it lines up, it should be fine. Remember the gear is smaller and will not run at the same speed as the other gears.
