I have replaced all brake pads front and rear. I went to auto zone to see if they could reset it they said that they are not allowed to reset the lights

You need to have the codes diagnosed and repaired. If you just have it reset then it will just come right back.
Most auto repair shops will reset them.
You need to see what is wrong with your braking system though. You don't want to be driving around with a braking system that doesn't work.

You still need to have the codes read.
