Gear shift g35x
Shifter will not go into park or drive. It is stuck in the manual stage. Can't drive the car or take the key out. Tried the Shift lock and still didn't work. Can you offer suggestions

Try disconnecting the battery and reconnecting again.

You wuold have to get under the vehicle and check the shift linkages for binding.
Disconnecting the shift linkage would allow you to verify if it is the shift lever or transmission end that is causing the problem.
