04 hyundia santa fe v6 fuel filter replacement and the location
Where is the fuel filter located and is there more than one need to fix hard to start after filling up and running crappy when down to 1/4 of tank

The fuel filter is a special "long life" type of filter located in the fuel tank. It is also known as a "fuel screen", or "fuel strainer", that surrounds the fuel pump. The filter is generally only replaced if/when you're replacing the fuel pump.
For the hard start might want to have the evaporative emission control system checked from charcoal canister to the fuel tank
