2004 Ford Focus Rough idle when engine warm

My car idles roughly after driving for a little bit. Worse when stopped in drive. Also worse when ac is on. It seems to sputter slightly when driving sometimes. It was dying when I braked but replacing the PVC hose fixed that problem. But the rough idle has not been fixed. I have so far replaced the PVC hose, iac valve, catalytic converter, o2 sensors, mass airflow sensor, and coil pack.

You have a misfire. None of the parts you mentioned will fix that. Start with the spark plugs and wires. If the problem is still there, consider performing a compression test, then check for worn lobes on the camshaft.
