A/C blowing hot air recharged system still hot air and idle surges

Try cleaning throttle plate on both sides and iac hole with choke cleaner then try pulling hvac fuse with key on for 60 seconds then reinstalling it ay reset your temp actuator if it doesn't work then the actuator is bad or control head

Clean the throttle first like Mr. Hmac300 say. If still idle surge, check if the compressor clutch engage and disengage. If so try check the pressure reading if high. If high, check viscous fan if too slow in removing heat.
