Awhile ago if I had the A/C on and the temp was adjusted using the temperature slides on the dash, the heat would come on. The only way to stop it was to turn the car off and push the temperature slides down and restart the car. Now I only have heat coming out of the vents, high heat. It can not be regulated it is just high. Could this be anything else besides the A/C heat control panel in the dash?

Try pulling your hvc fuse with key on for 60 seconds it may recycle actuators actuators control heat/cooland direction of air. If not have it scanned to see if control head is bad, some of these were.
