My car feels like it is going to stall when at a stop or in park almost like it jumps is it Idlying to high seems to do more when cold and wet?

No the engine light is not coming on and the Car Hesitates that would be the word I should have used in stead of Jumps.

It's hard to determine anything from your description but you might try unplugging the MAF and see if the problem goes away. That will probably put the light on and you will have to clear the code.
