2003 Toyota Camry Repair Question

Rough idle with a/c on
I notice my Camry is idling rough when at a stoplight with the a/c on. The whole car shakes especially the hood. When I turn the a/c off it almost completely goes away. Any ideas? It's a 2.4L 4 cyl automatic. Thanks in advance

have you rcompressor checked it may be going bad or the clutch may be not in good shape causing this. also check the belt tensioner as well as belt, that can cause it as well

Check the idling system. Most probably the throttle body and IAC are dirty causing the idling speed to drop.
The engine mounts don't seem to be in good condition as well.
