Speed odometer
My dad had a friend that claimed to be a mechanic install the stero in his car for my mom,and now the speed odometer,and the power locks dont work,and checked all fuses including the two that is in the yellow box

Check the connector for the instrument cluster. Do you hear anything when you lock/unlock the doors? Does the key lock and unlock them?

Check the ground circuit connection under dash, near the center pillar.
