Where is the headlight warning/dome switch located? I know it needs to be replaced but can't see the part. Thanks.

They are functions of the multifunction switch which turns on your headlights and acts as a turnsignal. When you turn it all the way past the lgihts on, it should feel like it clicks and the dome light should come on. The high beams, not sure what you mean by headlight warning, come on when you pull back on the switch. It is common for them to fail and they can be purchased on an aftermarket basis so you don't have to pay sky high dealership parts cost. Try www. Rockauto. Com or usautoparts. Com. Or the search engine on this site will help you find reputable rateialers and some of them may be located near you as it is locatation optimized.

That is not the cause of the warning not working.

Ensure the driver door switch is working correctly.

Does the dome light come on when other doors are opened?
