Battery tender jr. And drained Honda Civic battery?

Can I take the battery out and charge it? The cord will not reach the parking lot and I can't move the car any closer.

Yes you can and should be able to do it
remove negative cable and then positive and to install positive on 1st and than negative cable

or you can check and see if you can rent or borrow jump pack very easy and handy to use
