Engine Light On
I have a 2003 honda accord 2.4 engine with just about 162,000 miles on it..
Engine lights turns on and i decide to take it to Firestone, they had ran a computer analysis on it and said the problem was the O2 sensor that needed to be changed.
Then i took my car to Pepboys and had the same test run on it, they said that it was the catalytic converter..
should i take it to the dealership or whom should i go to because i dont really know whos right?

What we need is the exact code number being set.

would both places have a different code they set?

I don't know. I wasn't there. The car is setting the code not the tech. He is merely reading it.

So when i retrieve the code, to whom do i go to rely on?
