Hi Andy,
Most likely it is a bad O2 Sensor.
Bank 1 is the Passenger Side or if standing at front of engine it will be the left side.
Sensor 1 is in the Exhaust Manifold
Sensor 2 would be the next sensor back.
It could also be the wiring has melted from being in contact or to close to the exhaust. So crawl under the vehicle and check wiring.
If wiring looks good then replace sensor
