My 2003 ford tarus just keeps shuting off when im stoped some where. For in example when im stopped at a lite when the speed indicator goes to zero it starts to shake and cut off.

This may or may not help. If it is the same as the older Tarus. I had the same problem. My problem ended up being the distributor was worn out. My car had about 300,000 miles on it. I would have not believed it but after we replaced it, the problem never came back. Not sure what the best way to check it though. Good luck.

Check the fuel filter, You can try cleaning the throttle body with some cleaner. At times they do get a little carbon inside clogging the throttle body.
