03 6.0 power stroke-no start-stall after start. code p2290. any tips?
Engine did not stall all at once. gradually shuts down at first,but now wont start at all. new batteries,alt ok. changed oil and filter.

I just saw that happen with a ford box truck. Turned out to be an oil passageway that blew a plug which resulted in low oil pressure which kept the truck from running. I don't work on diesels too much but that's what I think I know about that one at least.
