Steam coming from motor

I have a 2003 Dodge Caravan Sport 3.3 V6 and as I was driving today I noticed steam coming from my motor and then water all over the motor and later when I checked radiator levels they were down, is this the water pump?

You should get the cooling system pressure tested. To find the leak
