we just put a new motor in our van and it still wont start its not getting any oil pressure and it acts like the timing is off any answers or something to try

Hello,

The ignition timing on this vehicle is computer controlled and not adjustable.
First make sure that the timing chain is lined up correctly (see diagrams below).
If that chin is not aligned properly the vehicle will not start.

You also want to make sure you getting spark and fuel to the engine.
First check the plugs for spark.

Next item is to check for fuel. You can test the fuel pressure to verify it has correct amount.
There should be 58 PSI (+/- 5 PSI) of fuel pressure with the key On and engine Off.
The fuel pressure test port is located on the fuel rail.
