2003 Chevrolet Suburban Repair Question

I have gone through 2 bottles of break fluid. I see no leaking. The back rims have rusting. They are made of aluminum.

how long to go thru 2 bottles? what size bottles? 12oz? look for any wetness at backsides of wheels/tires. usually back brakes leak slow from cylinders. is it rear drum brakes?
