I have a 94 chevy Burban, 1500, 350,000 miles. When I speed up to 45 or so and again round 53-55 I get this shake. It's feels like it's up front. I'm wondering if anybody knows about this. Could I just need a rotate and balance, is it a u joint, do I need my driveshaft balanced or is this something more sinister(expensive). Any help from y'all chevy guys and gals would be greatly appreciated.
Btw I'm getting rotate and balance in about a week just because I know it needs one.
And another thing I thought of. Could the tire size be part of the problem. It has tires that are not normal truck size tires,
Do you
have the same problem?

Like I said in previous reply rust around seals. Look at the joint cups and there are rubber seals around the cups. If you see rust then they may be bad but you would need to pull them off and feel for rough spots to absolutely make sure. But you need to pull driveshaft for that anyhow.
