I just changed the pitman arm and now when I drive it the steering while is out of line with the front tires how do you fix that?

You have to remove the pitman arm again - find the center of the steering movement - and install the pitman arm with the wheels perfectly aligned. You should mark the pitman arm before you remove it to see how far you are off. Aligning the front wheels is best done with the tires removed and the lug nuts installed to hold the brake rotor tight. Measure the front of the rotor and the rear of the rotor - align so there is no difference in the measurement.
