When working on electrical equipment, always disconnect the battery
negative terminal first.

If you already have the new starter, you will be able to see that
there are only a couple connections that you need to worry about.

- the push on plug connector
- the threaded fitting

Raise the vehicle high enough so that you can also work from under
the vehicle.

Be sure to support the vehicle correctly, so that it can not accidentally
fall on you while you are under it.

Remove the mounting bolts that secure the starter to the engine/transmission.

There will be 13mm hex nuts/bolts & 16mm hex bolts that you will
have to deal with.

The power steering line will be in the way. You can remove two
mounting bolts that secure it to the transmission, so that you
can swing the line out of the way when needed.

Disconnect the harness plug from the starter & the threaded nut
under the plastic cover (pops off).

Installation is in reverse.

Above is off the top of my head/memory.
