Toyota Camry Engine Problem
The engine will start normally but then slowly bog down and shut off after maybe 4 seconds. It will start right up again and if you keep revving the engine, it will stay running. But as soon as you let off the accelerator, it bogs down and shuts off. Any thoughts on the cause?

Is the Malfunction Indicator Light showing?
Symptoms indicates a fault with the idle control system and if there are no trouble codes, cleaning the throttle biody abd IAC should help.

Is the Malfunction Indicator Light the same as the check engine light? If so, yes. It has been on awhile(a couple months). Checked it when it first came on and the code indicated the O2 sensor. Never fixed it.
Since the original post, it won't start at all. Not turning over or anything.

Yes MIL is the Check Engine Light.
