2002 Saturn SL2 Repair Question

Car start but die right away when is cold weather

As far as the cold start goes when its cold and before starting it with the key in the run position get a scan tool that reads live engine data and i need to know what the tps map and coolant temp readings are plus the outside temp when you check these things.You can get a scan tool that reads that for like 50 on amazon if you need the link let me know.
