I have restriction on the switch to adjust to defrost, it seems like something is jammed inside, I have lots of air flow anb heat. How do I get excess

Your going to have to pull the center ac vent out and look down in there with a flashight while operating the mode door. Look for the felt peeling off the mode door jambing it up. That is the most common thing I have seen happen.
