Hi, I need help from expert because I use anything I know about mechanic and I can't find the solution !

Well my car its a Pontiac Sunfire 2002 2.2L, he start perfectly, no missfire, A/C Cool, very quiet, fan work, no overheat, no check engine light and run perfect. But the problem is when it run around 20 to 30 minutes it start to losse power, and when I step on the accelerator it doesn't accelarate but the engine keep running, if I try to step on it more harder the engine will shut down, when this happen I start again everything run normal but about 20 minutes later the problem its till happen again !

I've checked the fuel tank and the pump. OK
I've change the fuel filter. OK
I've change the spark plus. OK
The temperature of the engine is normal. OK

NOTE:
The only thing I don't tounch is the fuel injection system because I don't have the tool and machine for it.

QUESTION:
Can someone tell me what its the problem?
What is the more cheaped way to fix it?

I'm apology, my english not good !

The first thing I would check when the car has no power like your saying is do a exhaust back pressure test. You will need a exhaust back pressure tester kit. You would remove the o2 sensor in the exhaust manifold and screw the adapter to test the exhaust pressure. Start the engine watch the gauge see if the pressure exceeds 2psi if it does then we have to do some test's. So you already checked for code's even though the check engine light isn't on?Also when it act's up does it ever not shift until you let off the gas?

In the beginning of this problem, the first check engine light it turned on, so a put the scanner and show me this:

U1301-Class 2 data link high
U1064-Loss of Communication with BCM
P0171-Fuel trim system lean

After scanning without clean the codes, in the next day a started the engine the check engine light it turn off, but continues the problem.

When it going to losse power I need shut down the engine and wait for a few minutes then start again.

So do we know if these code's you got are still active?Meaning if there cleared with a scan tool they come back again? Also how long does it have to cool for before it start's and runs again? Also after it cools it warms up again and does the same thing again? You may have a couple of problems here. Have you ever tested to see what your fuel pressure reading was when it was acting up?Also what was your fuel pressure reading when you checked the fuel pressure?
