I just had the #4 coil replaced on my Mazda MPV van and the mechanic said the engine light may come back on because the diagnostic test showed catalytic converter problems. They told me that it could burn the gas out and be okay. The light came back on the car ran fine, they turned the light off and said drive it for a week and let them know if it comes back on. What do I need to do?

What was the code retrieved?
If the light does not come back, there is nothing you need to do. If the light comes back on, you need to retrieve the code and see what code comes up.
If the code is repetitive, that means you need to have it rectified, mostly parts replacement for affected circuit.
