WHEN I GO TO TURN MY CAR ON IT TAKES A WHILE TO IGNITE, I JUST CHANGED THE BATTERY 4 MONTHS AGO, ALSO WHEN I ACCELERATE, IT TAKES A WHILE FOR THE CAR TO GO. FOR INSTANCE IM AT A STOP LIGHT AND SO WHEN IT TURNS GREEN I GO BUT ONLY AT LIKE SPEED 20MPH THE MOST, EVEN THOUGH IM PRESSING THE ACCELERATOR COMPLETELY DOWN. AND AFTER LIKE 5 SECONDS, IT FEELS LIKE SOMETHING KICKS IN AND THEN IT ACCELERATES. PLEASE HELP ME WITH SOME ADVICE I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT.

The injectors may be dirty or the fuel pressure may be low. Another possibility is the throttle position snensor.
Have the car checked for trouble codes by a qualified repair facility.
