What do i need to change?

2002 ford f150 4.2l.... when the a/c is on for about 20 minutes, the engine starts humming loud, loses power significantly and if I floor it, it smells like rubber burning... right after that my engine started to creep up to overheating and it idles rough and sometimes sputters to almost shutting off.

Sounds like it-Why don't you confirm it by listening to it with a listening device-could be coming from the belt tensioner-let us know
