When I reach over 35 mph I start hearing a whinning noise. I have 4 new tires, left cv joint axle, brakes, hub bearings, and stabilizer inlinks done on the front. And I still have a noise. And also ball joints done on the front. I am out of options of what it could be. Please help with a suggestion

It might be either a tcase problem or axle problem on either end. Does it make more noise when you let off the gas or when you are just above 35? It may also be that the noise was always there and you have fixed a lot of things and are able to hear it more. Have a local guy see if he can give you a hint. You might try driving in a large circle like an empty parking lot in both directions to see if that makes a difference. That would indicate a bad wheel bearing.
