There is a gremlin in my car causing havoc...

My car will not come out of park if my ac/heater is on. The emergency blinkers are stuck in the on position on the dashboard (lite up). Fan for ac/heat will not blow even though you can feel ac is on. Dashboard will not light up if ac/heat is on. All the lights get bright & dim when using turn signals. I'm sure there's a few other weird things but this is the majority. We've checked just about all the fuses both under the hood & inside the vehicle and all is well. Battery only couple months old and we also disconnected to try & reset stuff but did not work.
