What is wrong with my car?

2002 dodge stratus r/t abs check engine lights come on and the radio goes off. Lately when it does this, the car acts like it wants to die. Had alternator and battery tested, both are fine. The other day it didnt want to start. No lights, radio, wipers coming on. My neighbor opens up the hood and it started right up. What is going on with my car? Someone please help!

Check to make sure battery terminals are clean and tight. If the check engine light is on, have the computer scanned to identify if there are trouble codes. Also, most parts stores will scan it for free.
