my car is volvo s60 turbo 2001.I JUST HAD THE TRANS. REBUILT .I CHANGED ALL NEW SELANOIDS, VALVE BODY AND OIL.THE PROBLEM STILL REMAINS.
MY PROBLEM IS SLOW TO SHIFT BACK TO THE LOW GEAR , 2-4 SECONDS CAUSING IT TO TO JERK WHEN I STOP IND DRIVE. I THINK I HAVE PROBELM WITH MY NEUTRAL CONTROL.
I FOUND THAT SOLUTION IS UPDATE MY TRANSMISSION CONTROL?

The tranmsission software update will remove that feature from your vehicle if one is available. Also once you rebuild a transmission or replace any components inside the transmission, you need to have the transmission adaptations reset and do an adaptation test drive. You will most likely need to go to the dealership for this procedure and to have the updated software installed.
