Volkswagen Beetle Sensor Problem
code:17978 engin start block by imobiliser
code:p1570-35-10 intermittent
OHM'S reading for transponder pick up or d2 sensor
my vw beetle 2001 plate starts perfectly fine but cuts out randomly the ey stays in full lock but breaks go hard and stearing lock goes on. these are the codes and details the car is giving me but have no clue to what they mean or how to fix the problem...

Re-read what you posted... then, re-type it so that it makes a bit more sense, or explain in better detail.
If you have a video camera, record what is happening and post the video on youtube (free) and then post the link here.
Steering lock should only come on when the key is removed.
