Car will not start on cold days, once started car runs fine. When car wont start sometimes it runs on 2 cylinders and after holding key to right it might rev up to speed. If it does not rev up once key is let go it stops running on 2 cylinders

When it won't start, you need to find out what is missing. The above link explains how to go about.
Did you check for trouble codes?

Only code showing was for catalytic converter 420 I bielieve, but that code was showing for months and two months ago passed emissions even though code was reset before going. This problem just started in December. When car is above freezing temperatures it starts and runs just fine.

You could have a fault with the Engine Coolant Temperature sensor but like I mentioned earlier, you need to find out what is missing before proceeding.
