I have a 01 Ford Focus 5 spd, when I am @ a light or my car is just at an idle it sounds like its choking. I will kind of spudder, rpms will kick up a little bit, engine will vibrate a little and it does it consistently. Is there something I can do myself?

Clean out the idle air control valve and test the TPS and MAF sensors

Unfortunately I am not the best do it your selfer, is that something I could easily do, the TPS & MAF sensors?
