Last night on the way home I noticed my heater was taking a long time to warm up. Now this morning it is only blowing mild warm air. I just had my coolant flushed and replaced about a month ago? What should my next step be?

Make sure the coolant level is full. Check to make sure both heater core hoses are hot. If only one gets hot, flush the heater core. If both are hot, check the blend door.
