Low oil kill switch. Oil filter had small hole and all oil leaked out and will not start. Changed oil filter and new oil, still will not start. Is there a reset switch?

Does not have such switch is there fuel pressure? Did engine stop running before you discovered oil leak?

That is inertia reset cuts off fuel in event of roll over. Nothing to do with oil pressure
