ok i changed my motor in my 2001 ford truck and a motor out of a 1999 ford. i have good compression check and timing is right and good fuel pressure and good fire. spins over but wont start.what should i check next. thank you

What timing did you checked?-valve or ignition timing

no.1 piston to tdc. timing marks line up with crank sensor. does not have distributor has one coil pack.

Are you positively sure its not on the exhaust stroke instead of compression stroke.

it has a anti-theft system in it. its been dismounted for approx 2 months. do you think this would have something to stop it from starting.
