When the engine oil cap is removed, the receptacle itself now moves after having the oil changed at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. Is or will this be a problem?

Thank you for your time and expertise,
Rah

The plastic piece under the cap is rotated counterclockwise to tighten it.

To remove it for inspection, rotate it clockwise and lift it from the valve cover for inspection.

What wires are you talking about in your other post?

Take a picture and post it here.

Technical difficulties with picture. Found a diagram #G00150451 on Google Images that turns out to be from 2carpros.
The wire harness/hose(?) Comes from the oil receptacle/crankcase/engine and goes to the position crankcase ventilation (PVC) heating element.
This is the 'hose' that will move at times when unscrewing the oil cap.

Thanks again for your time and expertise.
