oil light flashes when car is at idol i've changed the oil pump oil and filter and i'm still having the same problem what can i do?

Could be the sensor. Also, it might be a good idea to hook up a pressure gauge and get an accurate read of what your oil pressure really is instead of relying on the warning light.
