2000 Subaru Outback Repair Question

My speedometer and tachometer arent working as well as my turn signals or temp gauge.
I used to be able to kick under the steering coulmn and get them back on but now that wont work, and now my car isnt starting like the battery is dead. What do you think?

First, check to make sure the battery is producing what needs to be done. Then, check wiring under the dash and steering column to make sure everything is tight, not damaged, and not corroded.
