What is the computer code po 1780 for and po 727

The check light light comes on the machine says theres are the codes that are wrong but i don't know what they are

Just to add to this one do you have a Lw1 Lw2 SW1 or SW2?Need that info to help you.

There is a bulletin for the V6 engine with a intermintant crank no start and a code P1780 to replace the main relay in the under hood fuse box.
