I have a 2000 Pontiac Sunfire with no brake pressure to the front calipers and NO leaks anywhere, Would that mean the master cylinder is bad?

Losen a bleeder screw and see if you have fluid coming out if not you might have bad front brake hoses, make sure you bleed the system at all 4 wheels.

Place brake hose clamps over 2 front brake hoses and hold pressure on pedal, crack master cylinder front brake pipe and check for pressure, you may have split a primary cup and the master Cyl is by-passing internally.
