Car will try to start but then die

Had bad hot cable to battery replaced it and then car will not stay running. Connected obd scanner but would not link up. Checked fuel pressure had 60psi changed computor still same. Tried to reset theft sytem ran 10 min reset but still same. Changed ignition switch and reran theft reset but still same. Car will stay running if you spray fuel in throttle body

It sounds like we have a theft issue. The fact that you are resetting the system and it operates for a little while and then cuts off points to this theft issue.

However, it is odd that the engine will be running for 10 minutes, and the theft system will cut the engine off.

Also, the fact that it will run off of fuel in the throttle body all points to a fuel issue.

So even though you have pressure we appear to still have a fuel issue. The theft system does cut the fuel, so we need to start with finding out if the theft light is staying on or flashing when you are starting the engine.

If it is, then we need to check for codes and find out if we have an issue in the system.

If the theft light is out then we more than likely have an issue with the pressure regulator, so we need to not just check the pressure when the engine is starting or at key on, but when the engine is running. Are you losing fuel pressure?
