Kia Sportage Brakes Problem
Rear brakes appear to be dragging in park or low speed. Manual trans, checked & ok'd by AAMCO. What could be wrong, & is this costly?

it could be a brake line partially plugged or if drum brakes adjusted to tight . if disc the calipers may have froze or the parking brake cables are frozen and hanging up.
