2000 Ford Taurus with Flex fuel

I am trying to disconnect the fuel line from the fuel rail and can not figure out how to do this looked up everywhere and can not find it

There is a bend right before the fuel rail and can not get the tool to fit

You may just need a different style tool that will fit in there. They make all different kinds.
