I have a 2000 Ford explorer and the brakes are bad in the back and one of the rotor are bad I was wondered can u use used rotors or do u have to buy new one or get the old one turned?

Used rotrs are a bad idea. Go to autozone, advanced or pepboys and you can get them. They are cheap and worth it. Do not mess with your saftey.
