Where is the speedometer sensing unit located on a 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan SE 3.3 mfi?

What's the symptom? There's an input speed sensor and an output speed sensor. If either one isn't working the transmission will stay in second gear. If it shifts properly, the sensors are working.

If the speedometer stays on "0", check if the pointer is below the stop peg instead of above it.
